Please fill in as much info as possible to ensure we have all your contact details and as much info on your fork and shock as possible including any issues you are having or any additional work required, please also include serial numbers or 4 digit codes which can be found on rear of fork crowns, fork legs and shock bodies etc, this ensures that we reserve the parts required or order as needed, if in doubt please give us a call or email. 

Please include booking reference number on the front of the package when sending your fork and shock to us.

Please package forks and shocks securely and safely inside a cardboard box preferably and use bubble wrap for additional protection, Inc booking ref No.

Please use a recognised and reliable courier service or An Post and always use the premium service that will guarantee the contents for loss or damage, these services will normally ask for a signature at its final destination. 

Please be aware that couriers will deliver anytime between 8am and 6pm,  whereas An Post normally deliver to us before 11am.
