The details…

PLEASE NOTE: We only use the VERY best suspension specific tools available from brands such as EXT, FOX, RockShox, Profin, Andreani, and J-Tech Suspension.

For fluids a ndgreases we use FOX, RockShox, Slick Honey and the very best from MOTOREX & MOTUL, and now we add micro-ground TEFLON particles to greases and fluids to help reduce breakaway & sliding friction.

*Prices above are for full comprehensive service without postage*

*If you require a ‘basic’, or a 50hr lower leg service, or air can service - please contact us for prices*

Please scroll down for comprehensive list of what we do to your fork or shock

All prices are for a full comprehensive service of air spring AND damper and include new factory spec damper and air spring seal kits, new DU polymer eyelet bushes for shock and either factory spec FOX and RockShox fork dust wipers, or GREEN SKF low friction dust wipers depending on availability.

If required at time of service we can fit new shock mounting kits (heavy-duty stainless-steel bushing pins, DU bush and spacers) for 12.7mm diameter eyelets available in various widths of 6mm, 8mm and 10mm centre bore in heavy duty stainless steel or in aluminium for the weight weenies in some widths of 6mm and 8mm centre bore, aluminium not available in 10mm centre bore. €19.99 per kit

Want to lower b/b height and slacken head angle ?

We have a small selection of off-set heavy duty stainless steel eyelet bushing kits in a few of the more popular widths in 8mm bore for 12.7mm eyelets.

These work by shortening the eye to eye length without changing the stroke of the shock and will lower b/b height by approx. 5mm and slacken head angle by approx. 0.5 degree if just one bush is installed.

PLEASE NOTE: Some position sensitive suspension designs such as Giants Maestro designs, VPP and DW Link bikes may not be compatible so please check with your frame manufacturer for compatibility beforehand.

Priced at €21.99 per eyelet in stainless steel only.

Note: We would recommend you fit just one single offset bush to begin with as this may make all the difference you are looking for

Volume spacers for FOX X2, CTD, DPS, DPX and FLOAT X, and RockShox Monarch and Vivid, Delux/Super Delux air cans and are also available in different sizes and can be fitted at time of service, there is a small additional charge for these. POA
